Pioneer Motel

The Pioneer Motel is a one-of-a-kind, Western-style wonder! It rests in the vast High Desert of California, a truly wild landscape with indigenous flora and panoramic views. The motel has been a resting place for the weary since 1946 and it still has its serene charm. It boasts 19 guests rooms, The Canteen which is a 24-hour lounge and 3 unique event spaces across the 4.5 acres it occupies. There is even The Red Dog Saloon, a desert oasis that’s been featured in notable western movies.

The licensed motel offers their spaces for your gay wedding. The Amphitheatre can seat up to 200 guests but if you’re looking for something a bit more lowkey, the Barnyard Pavillion is perfect for 30-60 guests. There is also the truly intimate Canteen Lounge which can seat 12 guests both inside and out.
