Information

House Island is a private island off the coast of Portland, Maine. The island is a haven for birdwatching, sea glass hunting and exploring ruined forts. There are five secluded beaches for you and your guests to enjoy, all with impressive views out to Casco Bay and the surrounding islands. House island is the perfect venue for a romantic, seaside gay wedding. There are three different accommodation options on the island for you and your guests, accommodating up to 40 guests. There are two waterfront lodges and an ocean cottage, all of which have excellent views out to sea.

The venue is a blank canvas for you to allow your creativity to flow, whether it be a larger celebration or an intimate ceremony.
