Defining Moments is a professional wedding and engagement photographer based in Surrey, England. Canoë (Caan) is the founder of Defining Moments, a documentary-style photographer who was born in the Netherlands and raised in Belgium. Canoë originally began her photography career in Egypt in underwater photography and film. She eventually moved back to Europe and began building up her business, Defining Moments. Since then, Canoë has gone on to win multiple awards for her wedding photography. One of those awards includes “Journalistic Wedding Photographer Surrey 2018” – Surrey & Beyond. Her work has covered many different weddings including those of the LGBTQ+ community.
