16 Bay View

16 Bay View is a luxury boutique hotel perched on Bay View Street. The hotel features many of its original period pieces that date back to 1905. Gas fireplaces, spacious baths and intricate iron balconies work together to provide a unique ambience during your stay. There are multiple events spaces at the hotel for you to choose from including the intimate rooftop terrace called The View which can host up to 45 guests. The hotel features 21 bedrooms, many of which have ocean views.

The venue can also host a maximum of 140 guests, cocktail style in the larger Curtis-Bok Banquet Room.
